DJ-----Thanks for your idea, I will keep that in mind. I have no panels to use for pattern, but am shure I ciould make a paper one. I just want a qwick fix until I am ready for seat uphostery. And like Paul said, I want some type of interior panel trim. Paul---Next time I get up your way, I would like to get some of that cowl panel to make my sail panels. Yesterday I took the Dodge shell to my body man for straightening and primer. while it is gone, I have other things I can do on the project. Thanks....................MO On Feb 16, 8:17 am, Paul L <pjl...@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > I know Mo is aware of this as I have offered him my remnants to make > his sail panels, but I used a product called cowl board to make my > door panels. Simple and better than Ma' Mopar. I bought 4'x8' sheet of Masonite board. Copied the old panels onto the board, cut them out and cut the appropiate holes where needed and the coated(painted) water proofing on both sides. Put all the clips on them, made sure they fit and then had them covered. Fit like a glove and no one could tell the difference. jm2cw > > > DJ > > > ________________________________ > > From: MO <mic...@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > > To: The 1962 to 1965 Mopar Mail List Clubhouse <1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > > Sent: Wednesday, February 15, 2012 5:26 PM > > Subject: Re: Used door panels > > > Thanks Joey, I will keep that in mind.
