The June edition of Mopar Action came in the mail today touting the 9 1/4 rear. They said it was a cheap solution but offered very little in the way of prices. I'll bet it doesn't weigh a ton like the Dana 60. I think the question was raised - why do you want a Dana 60? For it's coolness or do you really have a ton of torque to control? The 8 3/4 can take a lot. I've seen cars running 11s with those, maybe into the 10's.
