yes on the exposed part, but no if the head of bolt was in same place
as usual(which it would be if pulley is in same place) and did not hit
housing it would not hit it just because the flange was thiner, only way it
would hit housing would be if the head of bolt was closer than original bolt
head, so I say there was also something else different between them
