The flash makes the bay look a little whiter! Sent from my iPhone
Doesn't the depth of looking though the clear make it look wet? Or does it just having shine make it look wet? I remember in my youth painting a VW bug about 7 times, wet sanding it between coats, to make that thing look really nice. No clear on it. For some reason now I can't tell the difference when I'm looking at a car. Is there an advantage to one or the other? Besides clear can peel off and really make the car look like crap.
Jacob is your car black? If not please don’t paint it black under the hood. We have a saying that anytime we see a Mopar painted black under the hood (unless of course it’s a black car) that it must have been restored by a Chevy guy. Mopars are painted body color in the engine compartment. When I see one painted black it’s such a turn off to me that I won’t even consider buying it.

Guess its not that bad then. I wasnt taking it down to bare metal or anything, since I'm going back with same color I was gonna not do door jambs or under hood. When I pull motor I was gonna remove everything and sand and spray it all black so the turquoise motor would stand out.
