Hey Rich, I know you mentioned in one of your post, if you have the heads off, why not go the stud route? Was it because of not having enough room? Consider removing drive shaft, transmission mount and loosen the motor mounts to drop the motor enough to get to the rear ones? Just a suggestion????

Truly I don't think there will be an issue using the stock head bolts. BUT I'd feel more comfy with some new ones. I did look at what you just posted and did not find anything saying "poly" nor listing a 318 in '64. It did pop up with stuff for the 273 LA. The part listed on this link here is for some accessory 1/4-20 bolts. A tad small :-)--
