Subject: Re: dash plastic spray on chrome
I painted my arm rests with the chrome paint and I really liked it. It didn't come out as glittery as the can cap and that was good. It's a more muted very light gray with a hint of steel blue. I don't recall which paint I used but I usually buy Krylon or Dupli-color.

Great Job on the Chrome paint. Acrylic Enamel Dupli Color? Off the hardware shelf?
The cap on the paint can looks grey. Did you use two different colors or just Chrome paint.
Any other tips greatly appreciated. I am thinking of doing my arm rest bases and sending back the new ones.
thanks for the pics
