Gary,
In 1960 they started unit-body construction. On my 61 Plymouth I used a 73 C body K frame and all the suspension and brake parts to convert it over to disks may be the hard way but it was all brand new, brake's, sway bars, bushings and all! Really it was an easy swap and took less time as a unit than individual parts.

"The C body may date from 1961 or 1962 in the Chrysler models and the Dodge Custom 880, though Chrysler considers the C body to have begun in 1965 with the unit-body construction." "...Chrysler's practice of naming by letter did not begin until 1964-1965." http://www.allpar.com/model/rwdbodies.html
