I previously mentioned that NHRA is allowing single 4-bbl 426 Hemi's in Stock Eliminator. Attached are pictures I took at the 2010 NHRA Northwest Nationals (sorry I had to miss it this year) of an A/SA '65 Dodge Coronet 330 2-dr Sedan with single 4-bble carb Hemi, sorry I did not get the owners name but I don't think he was a local.

Oddly enough I briefly owned a light blue '65 Dodge Coronet 330 2-dr sedan "roller" (stripped interior no engine) several years ago, but I am certain this is not the same car.

I've chatted with Gene a couple of times - once at Brainerd a few years ago, and again at Joliet this past July.  Nice guy, and a great car (the '64 Savoy).  I took a lot of pics of the Savoy at Joliet last month.

Unfortunately, the Mopars were outnumbered at the Brainerd NHRA Nationals and
a (gasp) 1972 Camaro won, beating a 1999 Camaro in the final.
