Re: Tranny Fluid

You did get one thing right.  Make that two things.  You are not as smart as I am and your car isn't nearly as fast as my car.  Even idiots get something right by accident once in a great while.  This was your day.  You won't have another day where you get two things right again for the next 50 years, at least.

Well that's what you said.
I'm sorry I'm not as smart as you are, and none of my cars are as fast as yours..
Please be patient with me.
I was a fool and used the A&A  kit in mine. It  shifts fine, but it doesn't leak any fluid.
Next time I'll use the kit you used. and park it in the yard to kill the grass. :-) .

The trans doesn't leak because of the kit.  The trans leaks because the big racers of old mopars who rebuild transmissions all the time never used a Trans-go kit before and didn't bother to call the trans-go hotline when then ran into trouble.

I guess you have the best transmission in the world with the best kit.  Why, I'll bet you are so smart you should be working for NASA.  As far as transmissions go, no doubt you needed no help at all rebuilding your trans.

Try putting some sythetic oil up your butt and see if it lubricates your brain any better.

Only a total idiot would blame a transmission leak on the kit instead of blaming the people who didn't install the kit correctly.

The trans leaks a pint, and that's the best kit?
Hmm!

Any response appreciated

Enzo,

A lot of people think these are the best kits made.  Whoever puts a trans-go kit in your trans needs to have some experience with them.  Although my trans still leaks a little (a pint in 10 days) the car shifts hard.  The kit is good, its the people installing the kit who don't know what they are doing.  That spool that looks like an empty spool of thread must have only one side cut off, not both sides like the kit says.

The thing I like best is I can get good shifts and don't have to shift by hand if I leave it in "Drive".  Most of the other kits, to get any good shifts you have to use a manual trans body.  You pay your money and you take your choice.

All this talk about how great everyone's trans works is just trash talking on me.  I think some people are jealous because they KNOW that my car is faster than their car is.  Otherwise why all the negative comments about what I said?

They wouldn't talk shit on me if they were standing in front of me, that's for sure.
