You know, it just makes me wonder how long these
rip-off artists can stay in business.
On the other hand, I was on another forum the other
day and all they did was badmouth Hughes Engines. Three or four unhappy
campers in a row. Maybe its their approach to things. I always take
any blame for anything and ask humbly if they can do anything to help me
out. I think that works better than yelling at them and expecting them to
fall all over themselves to make you happy.
If I get enough bad news about a company, I
wouldn't want to do business with them either. Imperial Services knows
they have to change or die. They may die anyway. Hope someone,
eventually, takes over for them or things go their way. They are good
people who had many bad things happen over and over throught years and they were
trying to move and get divorced at the same time while running five corporations
at the same time. I got lucky and instead of calling The main company
headquarters I called Imperial's direct number and got them every time.
Then, as soon as I got my stuff, you couldn't get anything from them anymore,
unless you got real lucky.
I guess the moral is if you get enough bad reports
and none or one good report about a company it might be a good idea not to do
business with that company.
