It will be real confusing when changing tires in the future. "What way do I turn the wrench?" Having someone  working on your car who is not familiar with your car's LH RH thread pattern will result in snapping off of wheel lugs (been there, done that). 

It is a big PIA but I think you should get the shop to correct their blunder.
