The hose gets old and may need replaced. If you can I would go with steel lines all the way. When using a hose I usually use a flaring tool and flare both ends of the pipe. That seems to help stop the leaks. I flare the pipe going into the rad and the line coming from the trans. Just a little extra insurance.

Sent from my iPhoneSometimes when you push the hose to far on they will leak. Have the hose about 1/8 to 1/4 in from the bend then tighten with a good hose clamp and see if that dosen't help. The rad does it have metal lines all the way or a hose on part of it.?
