Yup. There are also aftermarket belt hardware kits. For example,

If the 1964 Chrysler did not have rear factory seat belt anchor mounts (anyone know?) you can go to a junkyard and pull some rear seats from assorted Mopars to see where the anchors are to give you some reference.
