For example, http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/wescoperformance_2162_475725 If the 1964 Chrysler did not have rear factory seat belt anchor mounts (anyone know?) you can go to a junkyard and pull some rear seats from assorted Mopars to see where the anchors are to give you some reference.
