Paint imperfections

Okay, so I was going over my car today and it seems I'm having some hard little pin prick bumps that are really hard to the touch, like trash that was maybe in the paint or on the car when sprayed. I don't know but it seems more are showing up, and I've noticed a couple at have lost their tip and humidity is getting to them causing a little pin prick of surface rust to form. Idk if my garage is killing my car! It's really hot in there all the time an feels humid, ugh I hate louisiana weather!! Any advice on stopping this?
