OK, I played around with it some more and Mike you are correct. I saw the hex head bolts but they were worn and rusted. Well a pair of vise grips and a little time they came apart without crumbling. I plan on buffing out each piece and putting them back together as well as replacing one of the lenses that was broken. Who sells the gaskets for the bezels?
