They won't. 
Look at the pic of the passenger side real close and you can see where they boxed the inner fender for clearance. I also have first-hand knowledge of this as my buddy did it to his 64 330 wagon with a 440 and long rams. He had to box the fender. I have the car in my backyard now, minus the long rams.

My friend Jimmy and I were both under the impression that the long rams would not fit in a B-body 
engine compartment without modifying the inner fenders, but these pictures seem to refute that notion.
