Re: Fury update

This Sport Fury is way to good to part out. The only rust is exterior as shown in my link below my name. No rust in the floors or inner rockers- No rust on the frames. I could probably find you a door. They would be 70- 130 miles from me and the shipping probably a little pricey Let me know if you want me to check it out.........................MO

You’re welcome for the snow Steve, (I do like sharing) but I should be the one thanking you for the snow, ice and freezing rain we got here in PA. Here is something else I’ll share with ya, how’s ’bout an early spring!!! Yes, our very own PA Punxsutawney Phil predicted an early spring this year! I did notice the saggy pick-up and assumed it was full up with goodies. I also noted as someone else did, that there is a later rear axle assembly under it. Nice! Great way to get spare parts! You sound as though you’re undecided about what you might do with the car. Hum…might you be considering parting it out? If you do, I’m in the market for a good Right Side Passenger Door for my 1964 Dodge B body Model 440 2-door hardtop. My door “looks great” but it was hit then straightened with a panel puller and bondo. I’d prefer to have all straight sheet metal on this car.
Good luck Steve!

Hay Dave B, Thanks for sending me some of your snow, but I really didn't
want the wind! What do I expect for free??

The Dodge did not have an engine or tranny , but it had been a colume shift 3 speed. I would guess a 318 engine as I did not have to change the K frame
to put in a big block. The Sport Fury has a later 60's 383 engine and
tranny. With the car, I got a dis-assembled 383 that I was told had a
correct casting number block
Also two other 727 tranny and another for parts. That is why my poor little Chebby 1/2 ton 305 C.I. pickup is squatting so much in the pics! I also got
the stock console and bucket seats. If I keep the car, I will need a cable
shift 727. ................MO
