Did you check with all the 62-65 junk yards on the '62-'65 site's vendor page? Also, with Murray Park in the "One Stop" section on that page.

Maybe if that fails look into asking folks on C Body Mopar sites. http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/faves.html lists some.
