So the throttle cable bracket on my 64 Dodge 383 4-speed car is not the correct one??? I’ve often wondered when looking at it, - why did - they use the same bracket on a 4-speed car as they did on the automatic equipped cars? I figured it was a matter of being economically convenient and it worked, so why not? It just looks odd seeing that big empty U shaped part of the bracket sitting there doing nothing. So what does the right one look like anyway? Is it describable? A pic sure would help.
