Re: Clutch-brake pedal assembly part

Yes, first thing, none available from them . They sell the entire assembly completely re-furbished. They were very helpful with my questions. Thanks....................MO

Have you tried Brewer in Ohio? He has and builds just about anything that you could need for a 4 speed setup.

I agree. Can you borrow one, and makewhat you need?
I'll be taking out my 65 Coronet pedal set, I'm going with an automatic, but that won't be until spring time. But I'll most likely be hanging on to it.

I'm guessing a number of people want to sell the entire assembly for auto
to standard conversion and don't split it up.

You can try calling junk yards to ask for that part.
http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/restoration-sources.html has a list.

Worst case, that plate sounds like something that could be fabricated by a
talented metal worker, if given the dimensions.
The spring and rod should be easier to locate.

Thanks,
Gary H.

----- Original Message ----- .

When I got my 64 Dodge B body, I noticed the C-B assembly was loose
under
the dash. Today I found I am missing a piece of it. It appears to be a
plate that goes accross the top and has a plate welded at a right
angle(vertically) that goes on the left side. This plate is where the
rod
that the pedals hang from goes thru the left side. If you look at the
front of the main bracket, you will see three vertical pieces that the C
B
pedal rod goes thru. the part I need is bolted on and is the third plate to the left, the end of the rod goes thru it. I called Brewers and they said this part is not available through them. I could also use the rod
and the over center spring.

Anyone have at least that left side bracket they would sell me? If you
prefer, e-mail me at micher@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Thanks for any help.......................MO
