It's a technology glitch that causes interruption of service. Nothing intentional. 

The mail server at Topica will put on hold any account that has mail bounced back, for ANY reason. So if Hotmail has a burp [non-tech term] and the Topica server receives a "bad mail" report from Hotmail, then that account gets put on hold automatically.

Bottom line is if anyone does not get at least some mail from the 62-65 mail list server daily they should consider investigating if they are still on the distribution list. Or contact me at the email address listed on the 62-65 site's home page (welcome.html].

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.  I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic.  Thanks!
