Steve Here are Don's instructions for modifications to a 3310 carb. Install a #5 power valve. Install #74 jets in the front bowl. Install a plate conversion and install #70 jets and hang on. I didn't do the plate conversion but if I get the runaway idle fixed I plan on doing that also.
