I have two possible sources for new drums:

The first one i just ordered a rebuild kit for my 11" rear brakes, pad  
width 2.5 inches. I did not realize it but they are finned as well on  
my 65 B body. I think they might offer new hubs also but not totally  
sure.

The second one deals with a new ceramic brake system which requires  
their hub, pricier. But they might put you in touch with a supplier.

For used parts or NOS you might check with http://www.mmpar.com/ in GA.
