What to do about fuel?

I noticed that even the only fuel I see around Omaha that doesn't have 
10% ethanol is the 87 octane. The 91 Shell has switched to 10% now. I 
wonder if it'd be better to use the 87 with octane booster than the 91 
with 10% ethanol? Whaddya you guys think?
