Bill       It has been my experience that the channel the glass rides in up and down if worn thru can make this noise.  If you have already replaced this it may have came out of place. Before doing anything try oiling the glass slides . first the back edge then work up/down ,if noise is less then the track is bad. you can do this before taking door apart. Doug B.
