Okay, well here's a little grist for the mill... I thought I sent a reply to this the other night but it must not have gotten sent before my laptop expired with a loud SNAP. It seems that recently someone on here mentioned that the seats were made by Bostrum, and were as used on the A-100. Besttop makes a seat that looks similar (not exact, but close enough for most 50 year old memories) and sells them through Summit and others. They're listed in the Jeep section. Here is a link (which will probably not work well, so search Summitracing.com): http://www.summitracing.com/parts/BST-39429-01/?rtype=10 At one time they were available in vinyl, but I see only fabric now. There are photos of the seat brackets on this site featuring the restoration of the '65 "Texas Rattler" car. Great story on this one... http://www.garlandmotorsports.com/65-super-stock.html Anyway, hoping we can come up with a set of drawings - have a couple of new CNC machines to play with and am ready to go! My guess without measuring is that the brackets are different due to differences in the floor pan. Does anybody have a copy of the 1965 A990 Authenticity Guide lying around? Hopefully there is a drawing in that guide as well. I want to fabricate my own. Thank you [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ---- Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
