legal queery

A thought has come across my mind as of late, not so much this site as on
others that I belong to, and that would be: Are there any legal
ramifications that would come back to haunt us if we talk someone through a repair
on their car, and they do it following our advise, and go out and get in an
accident because of a failure on the repair that we had told them how to do?
I'm sorry but am starting to believe that it should be against the
law for some people to own tools,,,,,, Roger

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
