Hi Bill,
One thing we do that's a lot of fun and generates a few bucks, is set garage 
tours in the area. It's pretty amazing how many cool and different set-ups, 
collections and cars that people have that most people don't even know 
about. You can always see something you haven't seen before or get ideas for 
your own garage or house by going on the tours. We charge a small fee for 
each participant and always include a couple stops for refreshments and 
possibly a snack.
