Use a pair of pliers or vice grips to remove the 1/4-20 stud from the carb.

I have the orignal air cleaner for my 64 fury. When i put it on last i tighten
the wing nut too tight. No it's stripped, is there an easir way than taking the
carb off? I'm not planning on using the air cleaner again, i'm getting a crome
one.
Thank's
