I talked to someone recently about that tape -- it's a quick, inexpensive way to convert '64 Fury trim to Sport Fury. The guy said alignment with the adhesive back can be a real challenge but it gives you the same look. He told me it's impossible to re-create that pattern today (real engine turned) because the pattern "ends" on a half circle. The machines that did that originally are long gone. It may have been Bill at Special T's or King of Trim but I may be wrong. > To: 1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxx > From: furyus63@xxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: Engine Turning Trim > Date: Wed, 29 Jul 2009 21:49:49 +0000 > > > Does anyone know of a vendor that can supply the (engine turning > jeweling) tape trim for the the side moldings on a 1963 Sport Fury. > > Also looking for a set of rocker panel moldings & clips for a 1963 Sport > Fury. > > Nick Tiberio > furyus63 > > > ---- > Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
