I just installed them on my 63 SF. I looked yours up and they are one piece units, different than mine but here are a couple of comments: Do not cut or modify the bushing in any way Lubricate it well, I use Sil-Glide that is a commond Silicone lubricant. Call who you got the bushing from and ask about the washers. I used Moog bushings and per the instructions that came with them the inside washer is installed with the cup facing away from the bushing and the outside washer with the cup facing the bushing. Or another way to say it, the cupped part of the washeres all face back. Don't give up, it really improves the steering. I'm sure you know that you should get the alighment checked when you finish.
