A '62 interior is not as cheap or easy as a '63+, but of course there are 
sources.

SMS in Oregon for headliners, door panels and original seat 
vinyl/upholstery.

ACC makes carpets.

Getting the seat covers stitched is a trick if you don't have a good local 
guy or old covers to pattern from.  I had neither so I used Daniel Romo in 
Irwindale, CA.  He does all of the interior for Mosher and has about as much 
experience with our cars (esp 62s) as anyone you will find.
