Jeff, I have been using Bare Metal Foil for years on models. It comes in 6" x 11 1/2" sheets. There are 3 that may be of use to you, Chrome, Ultra Bright Chrome, and Matte Aluminum. It can be used to repair bezels and face plates on the dash. I would not use it on any item that you touch as it is more cosmetic, but can be buffed. There is a brush on adhesive for addition holding power if needed.
