361 Overheating

So it was nice enough to take the old Chrysler out for a spin this weekend and I ran into a problem. I started it up and it ran fine, I let it idle for a long time to let her warm up. Then I took her around the block a few times. all was well but as soon as I went on the highway the temp starting rising and soon I had a boil over. I'm know it isn't a plugged radiator I just had that boiled out last summer. Any idea's before I start tearing into the motor?
