here's an article from Mopar Action, you can double check your parts
compatibility, there were two sizes of rotors and 2 sizes of caliper adapters to match. and of coarse, the slider groove or key way needs to be smooth and lubed with some grease. I think those retainer clips need to have some spring loaded tension bent into them, so pounding them flat
might not do. anyway here's the link-

I have an odd problem I've never encountered in a dozen disc brake swaps. My calipers are climbing off the rotors and bending the heck out of the holddown hardware. Pics here:

All 4 corners are like this to the point that the calipers are coming unseated from their keyways. The brackets bend up into the wheels. I hammered them back flat for the moment but I'm at a loss to explain why they're doing this.
Any ideas?
