Expanding on what Mo said about removing the camber bolt adj plates.
How about a oblong chrome exhaust tip, under the bumper with pipe running up to the access hole? You can weld brackets on the pipe to mount. Remove it in the winter?
All that would be out of sight and blowing on the hottest part of the eng compartment.
