Just a clarification, it's not the crank pulley that I intend to change. It's the fan pulley. That will only affect the fan and pump and increase speed of both. However I'm not that interested in increasing the pump as I don't want the water going through the radiator too fast. It has to be there long enough to actually cool it. Nick mentioned raising the back of the hood as we did back then. That will help I do believe.
