RE: leaf spring helpers?

I go back and look up the post Rich made a couple of weeks ago... I 
think he said there is someone local that re-arc springs...

I appreciate the comments.. I don't need to lose any more skin off my 
knuckles for something that looks cheap at best, won't work at worse.
