Thanks Bill, I guess I'm never too old to learn something new about Mopars. 
I've had a number of Barracudas including a rare 69 340-S convertible and 
the 340 cars were all Formula S or Cudas. I guess it makes sense since you 
could order the Commando 273 on a 65 Barracuda without it being a Formula S. 
My buddy still has the one I sold him that's equipped that way.

Now I'm curious. Is the same thing true for the Dart? I had a 68 Dart GTS 
340 that I bought new. (That's when I fell in love with 340's) Could you get 
the 340 in a 68 Dart without it being a GTS? Or in a 69 Dart without it 
being a GTS or a Swinger 340? I'm thinking maybe not because the GTS was a 
separate model and not just an option package like the Formula S.
