thanks for the replies. guess because i drive the car so rarely these days i've forgotten how much gas they go thru., especially compared to new cars. my girlfriend drove adelaide to melb., last week in a falcon wagon & didnt have to fill up till half way between ballarat & melb [7oo km] on a tank. me in my dodge i cant even drive out of the state without filling up lol.it was a good drive though. still going to start monitoring my milage & maybe less flooring it, we'll see. thanks richard [oz]
