Jack,There have been several generations of these repops and varying levels of quality. I was in the market myself recently, and my research is that if you buy a set that have been manufactured recently, they are good. The generation just before this newest production had some fittment problems, so if buying used you need to beware. I talked to Mancini about this and they said they have sold 38 sets so far this year with no issues whatsoever.
One thing to consider is that they are $800+ a set. Decent originals can be had for about $1000. My preference is for original parts when is makes sense.... and in this case it just might. That's the way I went.
