Butch are you looking for a speaker for the original AM monaural radio or one that can be hooked up to a stereo? If you need one for a stereo Custom Auto Sound does have a speaker, they just don't know that it fits your 64 Dodge. I have one in my 63 Fury however my 63 uses a 6 x 9 speaker. I know the 64 dash is different and I assume it's probably a 4 x 10 or a 5 x 7. Custom Auto Sound makes all 3 sizes in a dual voice coil speaker with 2 hookups for stereo. However if you tell them it's for a 64 Dodge they'll tell you they don't have one to fit. If your looking for a speaker for the original AM radio Audiovox makes replacement speakers in all 3 sizes. The numbers are RSP410, RSP69, and RSP57. I was able to buy an RSP410 for a 66 Charger I had a couple of years ago from Autozone but it was under the Rampage name which is a sub division of Audiovox. Radio Shack also has replacement speakers but their new ones have huge magnets on them which wont clear stuff under the dash on some cars. You're going to have to check and see which size speaker your 64 has in the dash.
Hope that helps, Dan----- Original Message ----- From: "harry skalla" <moweepea@xxxxxxxxxxx>
