Hmmm! Neal, I guess 62 was still using the 50's style cranks if there's no allen head screws in the middle. Push in on the trim bezel around the crank and you should see a pin or a horseshoe clip that holds the crank on. Can't remember which, it's been awhile.

OK, i give up, how do the door and window cranks in a 62  dodge dart
come off, no allen bolts there like every other Mopar I have seen
