Ok. I know this is a stupid question, but, are you sure your pulling your spark signal off of the correct (#1) plug wire? (Don't ask me why I ask this!)
Is this a fresh engine, or did it just start doing it recently?If thats not it, could the keyway on the damper be machined in the wrong place, changing the position of the TDC mark?
