Rich Kinsley '64 Dodge Polara 4dr 318poly w/goodies After installing the new plywood spacers on my carbs I had a problem with the old throttle bracket as it wasn't positioned the same due to the increased height. I wasn't getting full throttle and it was pulling sideways a bit on the cable. So I got the Lokar Edelbrock throttle bracket. It is perfect! Everything is lined up right on! But I still can only get about 3/4 throttle at best. My foot feed is right down against the carpet which is at least an inch thick. I wonder if my lazy topend could've been that I wasn't running full throttle? Don D mentioned this before with Eddy's but when I would open them by hand it was fine. Do you suppose this has been an issue I didn't recognize before? Geez, how dumb. ----Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
