Doug, as I recall, you put in oem replacement springs, am assuming you also put in new spring shackles at that time, so the rubber is new there. I've seen your car and the front height looked fine, so very much suspect that the control arm bushings and front end hardware needs replacement (ball joints, tie rod ends, etc.). You can look at the rubber bushings on the torsion bars as well. Mine are degraded and partially broken out, so am replacing them. Tires will also directly affect the ride, but what you are describing sounds like a worn out front end.
