I make up a power bleeder by using a spare MC cap, drilling and tapping it for an air fitting, and installing it on the MC. Then I set my air compressor regulator to amout 5# and starting at the right rear wheel, open up the bleeders until I get a flow of fresh fluid. You do have to make sure that the MC stays full, but this makes the total operation able to be performed by one person. Make sure that you limit the air pressure, or you may damage your paint. If you still have a problem after performing this operation, you have a component problem.

I think the maybe you have a bad new MC.  If you bled the MC before installing 
then I almost has  to be a bad MC.
