I've done it in my '65 Polara. You need the 4-spd floor tunnel, the pedals, etc. And you have to fabricate a frame bracket for the Z-bar.

Hey all,Always thinking of new things to do to my Sport Fury, rational or not. My 65 has a console shift 727, was thinking about converting to a 4 speed. Has anyone ever done an automatic to 4 speed swap? Other than the transmission itself, how did you do the rest of the conversion? Thanks!
