RE: 273 vs. 318. vs 360

Since you are using the original tranny, none will the a direct bolt in, except the 273. The TC has a smaller snout. To put a 318 in its place you will have to get the crank sleeved. The 360 will too, but also you will have to change one motor mount. As well as nither the 318 or 360 will get near the gas mileage at the 273.
