RE: another radiator hose question



I have heard that story before from someone who said he actually had 
that problem happen to his car. I think he said the hose was older and 
so lost some of its strength. It may not be as much an issue on a new 
hose, but why take a chance? If you can't find a molded hose with a 
spring you can probably take a spring out of a generic flex hose and get 
it inside the molded done.
